If our products does not meet your expectations or requirements, you have to notify us within 3 working days after you receive the items. Then by mutual agreement and upon return of the goods to our office (at the customer’s expense), we will initiate a refund on the value of the returned items, less a 25% restocking charge.
Items must be unopened, and returned in a good and re-sellable condition. Once the items are received back in our office in good condition, you will receive a refund within fourteen days. At our sole discretion, we reserve the right to reject or refuse the return request, once condition of the items is unsatisfactory.
Please note that we cannot refund any cost for delivery charge that you may have paid, unless we have sent you an incorrect item or the item is deemed to be faulty.
Upon receipt of an order, if any item has been tampered with, the customer should notify us (by phone or email) on the same day if they wish to it to be returned or replaced.
Procedure for returning goods:
- Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org . Please provide the following:
– Complete Name
– Complete Address
– A detailed reason or explanation for your return
- Once we have received these detailed we will then issue a Returns Reference number which must be written on the Customer Care Form which arrived with the item. Wrap the item securely with your completed Customer Care form. Then ship the items to the following address:Manila Coco Bio-Essence, Inc.
